Student housing is located in the heart of central London and convenient for sightseeing and studying at Insight Study Greenwich.
Single Room from £500 per month (room in shared student house)
Living with other students in a shared house can be a great way to meet new people and make new friends. It can also give you a chance to continue practicing your English outside of school.
You will have your own room but share the kitchen and bathroom facilities. You will usually be in a house with between 6 to 9 other people.
All accommodation expenses (bills) are included in the price we quote so there are no extra bills to pay.
Studio Flat from £850 per month (2 months deposit will be required as security)
Are you staying in London over 6 months or long-term? Maybe you may need your own apartment or house.
We have properties and rooms available in South East London and the surrounding areas. Our experienced staff will work with you to find accommodation in an area suitable for you. Alternatively, they can advise you on locations and estate agencies in the local area.
We use homestay agencies to ensure that all of our standards are met.
The Homestay agencies we use are approved and inspected by the British Council. We still ensure that our policies on welfare and safety are met by these agencies.
The families can cater for most meal plans and requirements. Tell us in advance of anything you need so we will make sure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable.
The homestay agency will ensure that any accommodation provided is clean, safe, comfortable and that the hosts are friendly and welcoming.
During the students’ stay, the host family treats the students as full members of their household.
Meal times are spent together with the family. This is usually a good time for students to use their new vocabulary.
We do not allow more than four students to be placed in the same homestay accommodation at any one time, this would usually be in two twin rooms. We also avoid mixing speakers of the same language together – unless they are travelling as part of a group and have requested to be together.
We try to make sure that the homestay accommodation is no more than 4.5 miles away from the school or one bus/train journey. Ideally this will be less than 40 minutes travel time to the school.
Minimum booking is 1 week (plus course).
We do not offer an ‘accommodation only’ service and you must enrol onto a course to book accommodation through the school.
